Today was the perfect weather to stay in at home, sit by the window, and read a good book. The day started with light rains, and was replaced by cool breezes. My friend here in this great morning is “Like the Flowing River” by Paulo Coelho. A collection of short stories and articles, the one that got me the most though was “Pianist in the Mall. ” A short summary – One day Paulo Coelho and his friend, an international violinist, were walking in a mall, when they came across a pianist. Who was playing a piece by Mozart, devoid of all those around him, completely lost in its ecstasy. And he was playing so beautifully, they had tears in their eyes. It reminded me that all our struggles, paths, and choices are our own personal dialogue with God. And as long as these two members are happy, nobody else’s opinion matters.
